The newly launched Stables Spa will also be open every day so guests can indulge in a heavenly treatment from Eriska's highly trained therapists using ESPA and organic Ishga seaweed products.
Dinners will be served in the hotel's exquisite Michelin starred restaurant. Fish comes from the surrounding waters, meat from the hills surrounding the island and game from local gamekeepers. Vegetarian alternatives are inspired by the gardens and larders close to hand.
There is an abundance of wildlife on Eriska and countless nature trails where guests can wrap up warm and do some 'Otter spotting' on the island's beautiful untouched beach to really make the most of the Christmas break, relaxing with their family.
